How We Work
Through our Career Development Programme, we provide a platform that empowers young people on how to manage learning, work, leisure, and transitions in order to move toward a personally determined and evolving preferred future. Our programme includes work readiness training, student transitional sessions and on the job training. By partnering with schools, private and public sector institutions, we also facilitate job shadowing for young people in order to expose them to the real world job dynamics. All our interventions are strategically crafted in order to ensure that young people are transformed to contribute and make an impact in the 21st century volatile and ruthless corporate landscape.
Through our mentorship programme, we ensure that young people (mentees) are matched with the best possible partners (mentors) for their needs and have a fruitful and meaningful mentorship relationship. By pairing professionals with experience and knowledge with young people with the passion to thrive, we are help to create accountable and successful individuals, transform their lives, communities and the country at large. Making partnerships with different professionals has been key to the successful implementation of our mentorship programmes.
